Transaction fees to the brokerage are paid from your account. Trinvest Advisors, LLC is not paid any transaction fees, and does not accept any broker fee rebates. Trinvest Advisors, LLC attempts to secure the most effective, lowest cost transactions for your account.

Money and Account Transfers

Funds and securities are held in an account in your name, and are available to you at any time. Your brokerage account may be linked to your bank account, to facilitate the transfer of funds from one to the other. Trinvest uses an average of the daily balance in the client's account throughout the billing period, after taking into account deposits and withdrawals, for purposes of determining the market value of the assets upon which the advisory fee is based. Asset-based portfolio management fees are withdrawn directly from the client's accounts with client's written authorization on a quarterly basis, or may be invoiced and billed directly to the client on a quarterly basis. Clients may select the method in which they are billed. Fees are paid in arrears.
